Immerse yourself in Isha Classical Hatha Yoga surrounded by the iconic Swiss mountains in Kiental.
During these 4 days we want to offer you a glimpse of Yoga. You can learn the simple but effective Upa-Yoga practices as well as a powerful set of 21 Yogasanas. As an addition you will learn Pranayama, Meditation and more. All the practices are taught in such a way that you are empowered to do them on your own after the retreat as life transforming tools.
